Job summary

Gearset is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to own and scale our multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure across AWS and Kubernetes. You will own automation, security, and reliability, collaborating with developers and product teams to ship changes safely multiple times per day.

You’ll lead initiatives to fortify security, manage CI/CD pipelines with Terraform, and ensure observability and incident response across regions.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with AWS (VPC, IAM, EC2, S3, RDS, EKS).
• Experience running production services in Kubernetes at scale.
• Practical automation of infrastructure with Terraform.
• Experience configuring and running CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience operating a hosted, multi-tenant SaaS product at scale.
• Comfortable giving/receiving constructive feedback and iterative delivery.
• Pragmatic, value-driven approach prioritising rapid iteration.
