Job summary

Gearset Limited is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to own and evolve the infrastructure that powers our rapid, multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will work with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, and .NET to keep our service scalable, secure, and highly available as we grow.

You'll collaborate with developers, designers, data engineers, and sales to deliver value quickly, with autonomy over the team's roadmap and practices, and a focus on safe, efficient release processes multiple times per day.

Qualifications

• Has in-depth practical experience working on AWS services (VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, EKS).
• Experience running production services in Kubernetes and managing clusters.
• Practical experience automating infrastructure management with Terraform.
• Experience configuring and running a CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience supporting a hosted, multi-tenant SaaS at scale.

Responsibilities

• Operate and evolve Gearset's infrastructure to scale for a growing user base and support a fast-moving team.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure application and infrastructure work in harmony and changes rolled out safely.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen security measures and protect customer data.
• Work across Gearset to deliver infrastructure that supports impactful work and autonomy over roadmap and practices.
