Job summary

Gearset Limited is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to join a product-driven engineering culture. You will work with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform and .NET to run scalable, secure infrastructure across multiple regions, enabling rapid, safe releases and feature growth.

You’ll own infrastructure initiatives, improve security, and collaborate with developers, designers and data engineers to deliver reliable operations while maintaining high uptime.

Qualifications

• In-depth practical experience with AWS services (VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, EKS).
• Proven track record managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience automating infrastructure with Terraform.
• Experience configuring and running a CI/CD pipeline.
• Past work on hosted, multi-tenant SaaS at scale.

Responsibilities

• Operate and evolve infrastructure to scale with a growing user base.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure harmony between app and infra during releases.
• Lead initiatives to fortify security and protect customer data.
• Contribute to a collaborative, self-directed team with autonomy over its roadmap.
