Job summary

Gearset Limited is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to lead and scale our multi-tenant SaaS platform across regions, using AWS, Kubernetes and IaC tooling. You’ll drive reliability, security and automation in a fast-paced, product-driven environment with high autonomy.

Collaborate with developers, data engineers and product teams to ensure safe, rapid releases, strengthen security, and shape the technical roadmap for growth.

Qualifications

• In-depth AWS experience with VPC networking and security, IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, EKS.
• Experience running production-level services in Kubernetes and managing clusters.
• Automation of infrastructure with Terraform and IaC tooling.
• Experience configuring and running CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience operating a hosted, multi-tenant SaaS at scale.

Responsibilities

• Operate and evolve infrastructure to scale for a growing user base.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure harmony between app and infra, rollout changes safely.
• Lead security initiatives to protect customer data.
• Build and maintain automation enabling frequent releases.
• Contribute to a self-directed team with an autonomous roadmap.
