Job summary

Gearset Limited is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our scalable, secure, multi-tenant infrastructure across AWS and Kubernetes. You will drive automation, fortify security, and coordinate with product and engineering teams to support rapid, safe releases.

You will work in a product-driven environment with a focus on reliability, observability, and continuous improvement, while embracing our pragmatic, autonomy-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable, secure SaaS infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to automate infrastructure with Terraform and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience supporting multi-tenant hosted services at scale.

Responsibilities

• Operate and evolve production infra to scale with user growth.
• Lead security hardening and incident detection across services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure harmony between app and infra.
• Drive automation to enable frequent, safe releases and fast feature delivery.
