Job summary

Gearset is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our multi-tenant infrastructure across regions, powered by AWS and Kubernetes. You’ll build and maintain automation for our CI/CD pipelines, drive security hardening, and enable rapid, safe release cycles for our SaaS product.

You’ll work with a product-driven, engineer-led team, collaborating with developers, data engineers, designers and sales to scale our platform while keeping downtime to a minimum.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Familiarity with agile software development
• Experience building observability and alerting into systems

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation for CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Strengthen security of infrastructure and incident detection/response
• Collaborate with developers, designers, data engineers, marketers and sales to deliver value
• Operate and evolve multi-region infrastructure to support growth
