Job summary

You will represent RiT Tech at industry events and collaborate with remote teams across the UK to deliver high-impact demonstrations and support.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background with interest in data center tech.
• Excellent presentation and customer-facing skills.
• Experience providing high-level support or account management to enterprise clients.
• Strong product mindset balancing customer requests with R&D roadmap.
• Fluent English written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in the UK with remote teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to learn.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated and capable of engaging teams remotely.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated first line of support for our most strategic, highly involved customers.
• Lead product demos as a core presale activity, conducting discovery and tailoring demonstrations.
• Manage initial engagements with potential customers and coordinate deeper demos with dev team.
• Draft initial responses to RFPs using AI tools and refine with technical details.
• Drive PoC projects to showcase product features in real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with R&D across Innovation and Customer-Related developments to prioritize requests.
• Help create design documents aligning customer needs with technical requirements.
• Produce engaging product materials, release notes, and technical responses for requests.
• Represent RiT Tech at events, trade shows, and conferences and demonstrate the platform to attendees.
• Develop user-friendly manuals and technical materials for customers and internal teams.
