Job summary

SAP Fioneer GmbH is seeking a Pre-Sales / Solution Consultant Lead for Core & Transaction Banking. You will act as a trusted advisor, leading engagements that demonstrate value and fit of SAP Fioneer solutions in early sales cycles, collaborating with sales, product, and delivery teams to win new business.

You will engage C-level stakeholders, craft compelling value propositions and ROI cases, and contribute to shaping the roadmap through market feedback.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in banking technology, software vendors, or consulting with pre-sales or solution engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of core and transaction banking processes (e.g., corporate cash management, retail banking, cards, payments).
• Track record in designing and presenting solutions and engaging C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing engagements to understand needs and position SAP Fioneer solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into high-impact solution designs.
• Drive RFIs/RFPs from a solution perspective with compelling, value-based proposals.
• Create and deliver tailored demos, proofs-of-concepts, and workshops to business and IT stakeholders.
• Develop and articulate ROI/business cases to support customer investment decisions.
• Convince decision-makers in banks globally with sound, value-driven solutions.
• Provide market feedback to product teams to influence roadmap and innovation.
