Job summary

SAP Fioneer GmbH is seeking a Senior / Lead SAP Solution Architect – Core Banking to shape modern banking architectures, drive transformation, and design scalable solutions for core banking platforms. You will work with customers to translate business goals into architectures, lead design discussions, and deliver tangible value across environments.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is a plus.
• 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, banking, or software companies – ideally in solution/enterprise architecture, technology transformation, and/or core banking implementation based on SAP Banking components.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects, customers, and sales teams to understand business requirements and transformation challenges in core banking.
• Articulate customer needs and solution approaches clearly.
• Translate complex banking processes into robust, scalable solution designs and architectures based on SAP Fioneer products.
• Lead the design of target architectures and scalable solutions for complex business problems.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses, identify innovation potential, and ensure designs align with regulatory guardrails.
