Job summary

Advancing People Ltd. is seeking a German-speaking marketing graduate or PPC professional for a fully remote, UK-based role. You will own a portfolio of ecommerce accounts across European markets, with DACH at the center, managing Shopping, Performance Max and Demand Gen strategies.

Requirements include fluent German and conversational English, plus Google Ads experience in an ecommerce context. Remote, flexible CET-hours, with a yearly salary of 30k–50k and a yearly performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Fluent German, written and spoken (essential).
• Conversational English (essential).
• Experience in Google Ads with an eCommerce-first background.
• Own and manage accounts across European markets, focusing on DACH.

Responsibilities

• Run and grow Shopping, Performance Max and Demand Gen for DTC brands.
• Set structure and governance across Performance Max and Demand Gen, and hold it.
• Write and maintain scripts that catch problems early and save hours.
• Find feed issues and disapprovals, and fix them.
• Lead client calls in German and English, with the numbers and a clear plan.
• Bid towards profit, not just revenue, where the account supports it.
