Job summary

Advancing People Ltd. is partnering with a fully remote UK-based Google Ads agency serving D2C brands across Europe. The German-speaking PPC specialist will own multi-market eCommerce accounts, with DACH at the centre, and will run Shopping, Performance Max and Demand Gen.

You will write scripts, fix feed issues, lead client calls in German and English, and bid toward profit. The package includes £40,000–£50,000, unlimited holidays, remote CET hours, pension, sick pay and training.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Google Ads with an eCommerce-first background.
• Strong Google Shopping skills: Performance Max, Demand Gen governance, scripts.
• Fluent German, written and spoken; conversational English.
• Ownership mindset; able to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Run and grow Shopping, Performance Max and Demand Gen for DTC brands.
• Set structure and governance across Performance Max and Demand Gen.
• Write and maintain scripts to catch problems early.
• Find feed issues and disapprovals and fix them.
• Lead client calls in German and English with a clear plan.
