Job summary

Neilson Financial Services is seeking a PPC Specialist to manage Google Search, PMAx and Microsoft Ads for UK and international markets. You will analyse performance, optimise bidding strategies, and collaborate with BI/UX teams to drive lead generation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on PPC experience in high-volume B2C or agency environments.
• Experience in financial services is highly desired, but not required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail, energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Create, track, analyse, and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Search Ads, PMAx and Microsoft Ads) across UK and international markets.
• Analyse campaign performance to identify opportunities to grow lead volume.
• Review and write new ad copy to increase CTR, QS and ad relevancy.
• Manage ad copy changes through the Compliance sign-off process.
• Test and adopt new smart bidding strategies (Target IS, Target ROAS, TCPA) to hit business goals.
• Coordinate the execution of all campaigns with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate with BI, UX and web analytics teams to ensure data quality and campaign trafficking.
• Track daily, weekly and monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Present performance updates to management through dashboards.
