Job summary

Advancing People Multilingual is seeking a German-speaking Marketing graduate or PPC professional for a fully remote role based in the UK. You will manage Google Ads campaigns for D2C brands, with a focus on Shopping and Performance Max across European markets, especially the DACH region.

Responsibilities

• Run Shopping, Performance Max and Demand Gen campaigns for DTC brands across European markets.
• Set structure and governance across Performance Max and Demand Gen; maintain it.
• Write and maintain scripts to catch problems early and save hours.
• Find feed issues and disapprovals and fix them.
• Lead client calls in German and English with data-driven plans.
• Bid towards profit, not just revenue, where the account supports it.

The Client:

An expanding and fast-moving Google Ads agency for D2C brands across the UK and Europe. Most of their clients sell on Shopify. They don't just run the ads, they manage the whole system behind performance: data, structure, feeds and profit.

They are a fully remote, multilingual team, owning our accounts end to end. And they look after each other: flexible hours, unlimited leave, team retreats.

The Role:

You’ll own a portfolio of eCommerce accounts across European markets, with DACH at the centre. You’ll know each client’s margins, their hero products and what needs doing next.

• Run and grow Shopping, Performance Max and Demand Gen for DTC brands
• Set structure and governance across Performance Max and Demand Gen, and hold it
• Write and maintain scripts that catch problems early and save hours
• Find feed issues and disapprovals, and fix them
• Lead client calls in German and English, with the numbers and a clear plan
• Bid towards profit, not just revenue, where the account supports it

Experience Required:

You can be a recent marketing graduate looking for your first role or will have:

• Experience in Google Ads, with an eCommerce-first background
• Strong Google Shopping skills: Performance Max, Demand Gen governance, scripts
• Fluent German, written and spoken - essential
• Conversational English - essential
• Ownership. You hit the ground running and don’t wait to be told

Added skills (Not essential):

• French or Spanish Speaking
• Multi-market European campaign experience
• Experience at a fully remote agency
• Working knowledge of ProfitMetrics
• Comfortable with POAS bidding
• Using supplementary feeds to close data gaps

You don’t need:

• Meta experience.

The Package:

• £30,000 to £50,000 per year, depending on experience
• Yearly performance bonus plus regular bonuses throughout the year
