Tribal Recruitment - The UK's Leading Digital & R2R Recruiters is seeking an experienced PPC Manager to manage and grow paid media campaigns for UK retail and e-commerce clients. This fully remote role requires commercial acumen, analytical mindset and ownership of PPC accounts across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

You will plan, launch, optimise, and report on campaigns with a strong emphasis on profitable online sales and ROAS, working across Shopping, Performance Max and other formats.

Qualifications

• Proven PPC experience in retail or e-commerce is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, incl. Shopping & Performance Max.
• Experience managing meaningful budgets toward ROAS/profitability targets.
• Solid understanding of spend, revenue, margin, CPA and ROAS relationships.
• Experience using GA4 and reporting tools for visibility.
• Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and product feeds.
• Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to present results and recommendations clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage PPC accounts for a portfolio of UK retail/e-commerce clients.
• Plan, build and optimise Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns.
• Cover Shopping, Performance Max, Search, remarketing and other formats.
• Monitor budgets, bids, ROAS, CPA and conversion rates.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue while protecting profitability.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimise product feeds and Merchant Center performance.
• Analyse campaign data with GA4 and other tools.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights.
• Forecast performance and support budgeting conversations.
• Carry out regular audits to identify growth opportunities.
• Test ad copy, audiences, landing pages and bidding strategies.
• Track seasonal trends and key trading periods.
