Launch With Us is seeking a proactive Post Production Manager to lead and optimise a growing team of remote editors. You’ll ensure every asset meets creative, performance, and delivery standards while balancing speed, consistency, and quality.

Based on a remote-first setup with optional access to our London office, the role offers structured training, clear progression, and a culture that values autonomy, rapid decision-making, and AI-forward workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in post-production (agency or social-first content preferred).
• Experience managing remote creative teams and multiple projects.
• Strong editing workflows, social ad metrics, and storytelling for social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full post-production workflow from ingest to delivery across brands.
• Allocate projects and balance workloads across editors.
• Oversee timelines and delivery schedules with changing priorities.
• Provide creative and performance feedback on edits.
• Collaborate with Producers, Strategists and Account Managers.
