Launch With Us is seeking a proactive Post Production Manager to lead and optimise a remote team of editors. You will ensure each asset meets our creative, performance, and delivery standards, balancing speed, consistency, and quality.

The role focuses on managing workflows, priorities, and people, aligning with creative KPIs, deadlines, and client outcomes while growing the post-production capability as the agency scales.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in post-production (agency, D2C, or social-first content environment preferred).
• Experience managing remote creative teams and overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong grasp of editing workflows and social ad performance metrics, storytelling for social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise the full post-production workflow across a growing team of remote editors.
• Allocate projects and balance workloads across editors to ensure smooth delivery and consistency.
• Oversee timelines, versioning, and delivery schedules, adapting to changing priorities.
• Provide creative and performance-based feedback on edits to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with Producers, Strategists, and Account Managers to align expectations and progress.
• Identify and integrate AI tools to improve editing efficiency and asset management.
• Mentor junior editors and help scale workflows as the agency grows.
