Job summary

Launch With Us is recruiting a proactive Post Production Manager to lead a growing remote team of editors. You will oversee the full post-production workflow from planning to final delivery, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency across brands.

Reporting to the Co-Founder, you’ll manage timelines, workloads, and feedback while exploring AI-driven tools to boost efficiency and outcomes in ecommerce content. Remote-first with optional access to our London office.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ post-production experience in agency, D2C, or social-first content environment preferred.
• Experience managing remote creative teams and overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong understanding of editing workflows, social ad performance metrics, and storytelling for social platforms (Meta, TikTok).
• Proficient in Premiere Pro; familiar with After Effects and emerging AI-assisted post tools.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, able to juggle deadlines with clarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise the full post-production workflow across a growing remote team.
• Allocate projects and balance workloads across editors for smooth delivery.
• Oversee timelines, versioning, and delivery schedules with shifting priorities.
• Provide creative and performance-based feedback on edits to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with Producers, Strategists, and Account Managers to align expectations and progress.
• Identify opportunities to enhance capabilities, including AI-driven tools and talent development.
