Job summary

Launch With Us is seeking a proactive Post Production Manager to lead a growing remote team of editors from planning to final delivery. You’ll balance speed, consistency and quality while meeting client KPIs and deadlines.

The role requires 3-5+ years in post-production, strong editing workflows, and expertise in Premiere Pro and After Effects. You’ll also mentor junior editors and help scale workflows as the agency grows.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years’ experience in post-production (agency or social-first content).
• Experience managing remote creative teams and multiple projects.
• Strong grasp of editing workflows and social platform metrics.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiar with After Effects.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Strong communication with creative, production, and strategy stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise post-production across a growing remote team.
• Ensure assets meet creative, performance, and delivery standards.
• Manage workflows, priorities, and people to hit KPIs and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to enhance capabilities, incl. AI tools.
• Support recruitment and development of post-production talent.
• Lead regular post-production meetings; maintain archives and docs.
