Job summary

Launch With Us, remote-first post-production leader Soar-With-U, seeks a proactive Post Production Manager to lead a growing team of remote editors. You’ll ensure every asset leaves the studio meets our creative, performance, and delivery standards - balancing speed, consistency, and quality.

You’ll manage workflows, priorities, and people, align with creative KPIs and client outcomes, and identify AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency while growing the post-production function as the agency

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in post-production (agency, D2C, or social-first content environment preferred).
• Experience managing remote creative teams and overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong grasp of editing workflows and standards, social ad performance metrics, and storytelling for social platforms (Meta, TikTok).
• Skilled in Premiere Pro; familiar with After Effects and emerging AI-assisted post tools.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills able to juggle competing deadlines with calm and clarity.
• Excellent communicator, confident managing expectations across creative, production, and strategy stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in e-commerce and social-first video content.

Responsibilities

• Manage full post-production workflow from ingest to delivery across brands.
• Allocate projects and balance editor workloads for smooth delivery.
• Oversee timelines, versioning, and delivery schedules.
• Provide creative and performance feedback on edits.
• Collaborate with Producers, Strategists, and Account Managers.
• Align post KPIs with creative and delivery goals.
• Identify and integrate AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Support growth of the post team and mentor junior editors.
• Lead regular post-production meetings.
• Maintain organized post archive and clear delivery docs.
