Job summary

WPP Production is seeking a Senior Post Producer to lead cross‑territory post‑production projects, spanning edit, colour, VFX, motion graphics and sound. You’ll manage timelines, budgets and client relationships, guiding junior teams and ensuring top-tier creative output.

You’ll work in a hybrid model, collaborating with global partners and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining high creative standards across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Post-production experience across broadcast, digital and social.
• Senior-level experience managing complex campaigns from brief to delivery.
• Understanding of full post-production pipeline: edit, colour, online, VFX and audio.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent communicator with clients, agencies and internal teams.
• Experience managing international clients across multiple markets.
• Calm, organised and solutions-focused under pressure.
• Collaborative leader; mentors junior and mid-level producers.
• Passionate about craft, technology and innovation; strong eye for detail.
• Interest in technology brands and wider tech landscape.
• Willingness to work flexible hours; time off in lieu when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple post-production projects from brief to final delivery.
• Oversee offline, online, grade, VFX, motion graphics and audio.
• Own production workflows, track progress, risks and budgets.
• Identify and resolve challenges balancing creative, technical and commercial priorities.
• Manage global workflows across a central hub.
• Explore and implement AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency.
• Support and mentor junior and mid-level producers.
• Act as senior point of contact for clients and agency partners.
• Lead client calls, reviews and presentations.
• Collaborate with creatives, artists, technical teams and senior leads.
• Contribute to rate cards, templates and processes.
