Launch With Us is seeking a proactive Post Production Manager to lead our remote editors team, ensuring assets meet creative and delivery standards while balancing speed with quality.

You will manage workflows, priorities, and people to align with KPIs, deadlines, and client outcomes. The role is remote-first with access to our London office for collaboration and a clear progression path, plus a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in post-production (agency, D2C or social-first content preferred)
• Experience managing remote creative teams and overseeing multiple projects
• Strong grasp of editing workflows, social ad metrics and storytelling for social platforms (Meta/TikTok)
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiar with After Effects and emerging AI-assisted tools like Veo/Runway/Adobe Sensei

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise the full post-production workflow from ingest to delivery across brands and formats
• Allocate projects and balance workloads across editors
• Oversee timelines, versioning and delivery schedules with calm, clear communication
• Provide creative and performance feedback on edits to maintain high quality
• Collaborate with Producers, Strategists, and Account Managers to align expectations and progress
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools to improve efficiency and asset management
• Support growth of the post team and mentor junior editors
• Lead regular post-production meetings and maintain organised archives
