• Strong full-stack engineering background with Laravel/PHP.
• Experience leading an engineering transformation while keeping a live platform running.
• Excellent API design and system-architecture skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering delivery and standards across current and target platform.
• Lead engineering capability and coach Tech Leads across squads.
• Balance live operations with platform evolution and transformation roadmap.
• Promote secure coding, incident ownership, and blameless post-incident reviews.
