Job summary

t2 group is seeking a Customer Service/Business Administration Personal Development Manager (Assessor) to support learners remotely with occasional travel. You will coach, assess and guide learners through Levels 2-3, while meeting KPI targets and managing your own diary.

The role offers a Level 3 salary with bonus potential (£27,000 base + OTE to £39,000). No learner sourcing required; you will focus on coaching and assessment and maintain Ofsted-compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Recent experience delivering business administration or customer service qualification at Level 3 or above.
• Level 3 Award in Education and Training or willingness to work towards it.
• 2 years' experience in business admin or customer service, plus training delivery is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with learners and employers monthly to gain commitment to programme.
• Deliver teaching and learning sessions to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours.
• Adhere to Ofsted requirements and best practice for teaching, learning and assessment.
• Meet with an average of 3 learners per day remotely via Teams to ensure 90% seen monthly.
• Progress a caseload to complete within funded programme end dates.
• Observe learner practice remotely in the workplace.
