Job summary

A leading training organization is seeking a Health & Social Care Assessor to provide support for learners pursuing qualifications. This role allows you to work from home with travel, ensuring learners receive the guidance they need to succeed in the sector. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in the adult or elderly Health & Social Care sector.
• Previous experience in work-based learning or education settings.
• Strong English and maths skills, ideally GCSE grade C or above.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with learners and employers.
• Deliver high-quality teaching and coaching sessions.
• Conduct workplace observations to assess practical competency.
