Oakmoor Recruitment Ltd. is partnering with a rapidly growing training provider to recruit a Residential Childcare Assessor. The role is home-based, allowing you to manage your own diary and deliver assessments to CYP learners across a flexible schedule.

We require at least 3 years' occupational experience in Residential Childcare, a Level 3 (or higher) CYP qualification, and ideally an Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1). A UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Assessor qualification desirable (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33)
• Minimum 3 years' occupational experience in CYP or Residential Childcare
• Level 3 or higher qualification in CYP / Residential Childcare
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage own diary
• Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Train, assess, motivate and support CYP learners on programmes towards achieving CYP qualifications
• Maximise the use of e-learning and diverse assessment methods to evidencing learners' knowledge
• Develop, implement and evaluate CYP training materials and promote standardisation to support learners to complete qualifications

• Support, develop, implement and evaluate approved CYP training materials, promoting standardisation, use approved training methods to develop the learner and utilise every opportunity to supporting them to achieving their qualification in a timely manner
