Placements24 is recruiting for a highly analytical Remote Performance Marketing Analyst. The role focuses on measuring, analyzing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns across paid channels.

The candidate will develop dashboards, identify optimization opportunities, and translate data into actionable strategies in a fully remote setup. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in marketing analytics, strong Google Analytics expertise, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with knowledge of SQL

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance analysis, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and experience with other web analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data manipulation and interpretation.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Excellent understanding of paid digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data simply.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEM, social, display).
• Develop dashboards to track KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Perform A/B testing analysis and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to provide data-driven insights for planning.
• Forecast campaign performance and budget allocation.
• Use web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to track user behavior and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with marketing analytics trends and best practices.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy across all reporting.
