Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in performance marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate goals into scalable performance strategies.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth through paid channels.
• Full-funnel understanding from TOFU to BOFU across multiple geographies.
• Experience adapting strategies across different geographies and verticals.
• Strong collaboration across Sales, Brand, Partnerships, RevOps.
• Data-driven approach using insights to optimise performance and communicate impact.
• Agency management experience at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a holistic performance marketing strategy aligned to business, regional and vertical priorities.
• Translate pipeline and revenue targets into channel strategies, budget allocation, and investment plans.
• Ensure a full-funnel approach across geographies, connecting campaigns to revenue.
• Own performance across all paid channels (search, social, display, affiliates).
• Drive testing and experimentation across targeting, creative, landing pages, and funnel.
• Optimize end-to-end performance (traffic → lead → opportunity → revenue).
• Improve attribution, tracking and reporting with RevOps and Data teams.
• Lead agency relationships and ensure output reflects local market needs.
• Set priorities and development plans for the team.
