The Marketing Manager will take ownership of Performance Marketing and acquisition while working across CRM, customer lifecycle, campaigns, creative, partnerships and eCommerce. This is a hands-on role with growth opportunities and a remote working model.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing and digital channels.
• Ability to analyse performance data and optimise campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM campaigns and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the performance marketing roadmap across priority products.
• Drive growth through Google Search, PMax, Microsoft/Bing and Paid Social.
• Manage activity against traffic, leads, CPA/CPL, revenue and ROI.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful activity and improve lead quality.
• Develop CRM and lifecycle activity across email, SMS and other channels.
