Job summary

Recraft, a London-based AI design platform, is seeking a Performance Creative Designer to own the growth creative from hypothesis to shipped ad. You’ll iterate across Meta, Google, and TikTok, driving the testing pipeline with measurable results using Recraft Studio.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, UA, and product teams, building a function from the ground up while keeping brand consistency and platform specs in mind. This is a fully remote, full-time contractor role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating performance and paid-acquisition creative.
• Portfolio of ads that ran with context on winners.
• Experience with static and motion design using common tools.
• Understanding of ad anatomy and platform specs.
• Hands-on AI image/video tool experience in production.

Responsibilities

• Produce paid ad creative for Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Own the creative testing pipeline end to end from hypothesis to learning.
• Translate performance data into the next round of creative yourself.
• Use Recraft Studio as the primary production tool and feed learnings back to the product team.
• Maintain brandbook consistency while adapting tone by placement and audience.
