Job summary

Reach Digital is an AI-first performance marketing agency helping eCommerce and digital product brands scale through creative, paid media, and landing pages. We are a fully remote team that values growth and hands-on collaboration with brand partners and marketing teams.

The Creative Strategist will own the creative end-to-end, researching, developing ad angles, writing briefs, and guiding editors to execute compelling campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• -understand paid media and content that converts_.
• Able to brainstorm ad angles and concepts and bring them to life.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance, brainstorm ad angles and hook variations, and write briefs weekly for editing teams.
• Own the creative strategy for brand partners with a living strategy doc.
• Stay current on platform trends, winning ad formats, and policy changes and translate into testable concepts.
• Collaborate with 3–5 brand partners at a time to deepen creative and build winning ads.
