Job summary

Teneo is seeking a UK People Operations Coordinator to provide end-to-end HR support across a UK portfolio. The role focuses on lifecycle ownership for Strategy & Communications, People Advisory and Corporate Functions, and coordinates onboarding and offboarding for Financial Advisory and Management Consulting.

The successful candidate will have HR generalist experience, knowledge of local employment law, and a proactive service mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience as an HR Generalist.
• Experience with HRIS systems like Workday preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, psychology or CIPD Level 3 or 5 highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities for UK functions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for UK portfolio.
• Act as first point of contact for employees and managers; resolve routine queries.
