Job summary

FinSet is seeking a Technical Onboarding & Payments Support Specialist to own the technical side of client journeys from initial gateway integration through launch and live processing. You’ll be the primary technical contact between client developers, FinSet, and PSPs/acquirers, ensuring smooth integrations and timely resolution of issues.

This role requires reading API documentation, explaining integration requirements to developers, and coordinating with gateway/orchestrator teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with payment gateways or orchestration platforms.
• Ability to read API documentation and explain to developers.
• Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and sandbox vs production.
• Strong communication in English and organized problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through technical integration with FinSet’s gateway and orchestration platform.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with partners and internal teams.
• Assist sandbox testing and move clients to live production.
• Be the first point of contact for ongoing technical support post-launch.
• Gather incident details and escalate appropriately to resolve issues.
