Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare or clinic environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills when speaking with patients over the phone.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing own schedule.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound initial care calls to new patients and explain the care journey.
• Build rapport with patients and provide guidance on next steps.
• Identify and resolve practical barriers to onboarding.
• Review patient information and flag items needing clinical review.
• Record interactions, outcomes and follow-up actions in the CRM.
• Navigate multiple digital systems and learn new platforms quickly.
• Escalate complex or sensitive patient matters to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Clinical teams to ensure a smooth journey.
• Share recurring questions and feedback to improve onboarding.
