Job summary

Richmond Pharmacology is seeking a Patient Recruitment Associate to join its newly created team. This remote 6-month FTC role focuses on contacting newly registered participants, completing their registration, and building accurate participant records in our CRM.

You will conduct detailed telephone registrations, collect medical and lifestyle information, and ensure all data are up to date for matching to future clinical studies, while delivering an excellent participant experience in line with

Qualifications

GCSE including English and Mathematics.
Previous customer service, retail, hospitality or contact centre experience.
Excellent telephone and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.

Responsibilities

End-to-end registration for newly registered participants, contacting them promptly and collecting accurate data.
Conduct detailed telephone registrations, building rapport and collecting personal, medical and lifestyle information for complete profiles.
Ensure all mandatory fields are completed, maintain records of interactions and escalate safeguarding, medical or data quality concerns.
Collaborate with Participant Acquisition to handover registrations to the Participant Matching Team and maintain participant satisfaction.
Maintain service levels, productivity targets, and quality standards while ensuring confidentiality and GDPR/GCP compliance.
