Job summary

3Search is seeking a Marketing Partnerships Manager to drive strategic partnerships in the UK. The role is fully remote with occasional travel to London and offers a £50,000 salary plus benefits.

You will build and manage partner relationships, coordinate campaigns and measure success using data-driven insights. The ideal candidate has experience in B2C partnerships, strong project management and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience managing partnerships, client accounts or brand collaborations, with the ability to build lasting professional relationships (B2C).
• Commercial awareness and the confidence to identify opportunities that support business growth and customer needs.
• Strong project management skills, including coordinating multiple stakeholders, budgets and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to pitch ideas, share insights and make clear recommendations.
• Confidence using performance data and partner feedback to measure success and improve future campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic partnerships, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities to increase engagement and commercial value.
• Strengthen relationships with price comparison websites and aggregators to improve brand visibility and customer acquisition.
• Secure opportunities across promotional campaigns, editorial features, newsletters and social media collaborations.
• Identify promising brand partnerships, influencer collaborations and sponsorships, assessing their potential value and audience alignment.
• Coordinate campaigns from planning to evaluation, keeping budgets, contracts, approvals and deadlines under control.
