Arc Legal is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our network of insurer, MGA, and affinity partners. This UK-based role is remote-friendly with regular travel to client meetings and visits to our Colchester office.

You will drive new revenue by winning and developing partnerships across the insurance market, working with senior stakeholders to convert opportunities into long-term collaborations.

Formación

• Proven business development sales experience within the insurance sector.
• Experience working with insurers, MGAs, affinity partners, or other insurance distribution channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently in a remote, field-based role.
• The resilience, drive and commercial acumen to identify opportunities and convert them into long-term business relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across insurer, MGA, and affinity distribution channels.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate new partnership and revenue opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across the insurance market.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to agreement and onboarding.
• Promote Arc Legal's full range of ancillary insurance products and services.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners.
• Represent Arc Legal at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new partnerships.
• Contribute directly to Arc Legal Group's commercial growth objectives.
