Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Campaign Assistant to support partner recruitment, activation and optimization of affiliate partners, monitor activity for compliance, and manage onboarding and documentation.

This remote freelance role in the UK requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel/Sheets for reporting. You will collaborate with the team to ensure process consistency across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Some experience or strong interest in digital marketing, affiliates, or partnerships.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
• High attention to detail, particularly in compliance checks and creative validation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in business English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets for reporting).
• Ability to work independently in a remote freelance capacity, with accountability for tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable collaborating with a team and supporting process consistency.

Responsibilities

• Partner recruitment, activation and optimisation of affiliate partners.
• Monitor partner activity for compliance and flag violations using Impact Compliance monitoring tool.
• Refer A Friend monthly validation and client query ownership.
• Upload creative assets, validate placements, and maintain screenshot documentation.
• Support onboarding, documentation processes, and template management for team consistency.
