Career Moves Group is seeking a Market Coordinator – Key Accounts to support a global travel platform from a fully remote base with London or Berlin options. You will manage high-value host enquiries and escalations, serving as the main contact between hosts and internal teams, guiding issues from first enquiry to resolution and driving six-star service standards.

Qualifications

• At least four years in customer support or account management.
• Experience handling high-value, complex, time-sensitive enquiries.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong listening, problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to investigate issues and exercise sound judgement.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of meeting SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated host-facing support to the Key Accounts team, managing sensitive and time-critical enquiries.
• Take ownership of issues from initial investigation through to resolution, keeping hosts informed throughout.
• Research complex cases, working with internal teams to identify appropriate solutions.
• Triage and assign escalation tickets, recommending actions to support efficient resolution.
• Respond promptly to email enquiries, meeting SLA response times.
• Develop understanding of company policies, procedures and brand risk considerations.
• De-escalate challenging situations professionally, including when outcomes do not meet host expectations.
• Work with hosts to improve listing quality and support growth in five-star bookings.
• Build relationships with Key Account Managers and regional teams.
• Share recommendations to improve processes and host experience.
• Support local market events when required.
