The Partner Account Manager for Ireland & Northern Ireland will develop and strengthen our partner network, onboard new partners, and drive mutual growth across the UK and Northern Europe.

You’ll manage partner business plans, track performance, and deliver insights to optimize channel growth, with travel to partner sites and events as required. Remote work option available.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT sales, cybersecurity solutions, and partner processes.
• Proven track record in developing sales partners and growth.
• Strong engagement with partners and customers at all levels.
• Willing to travel; full UK driving license required.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and strengthen partner relationships for growth.
• Build proactive partner network and onboard new partners.
• Oversee partner business plans and track performance.
• Drive opportunities for Inside Sales Rep and business development.
• Stay informed on industry trends and partner needs.
• Represent Hornetsecurity at trade shows and events.
• Set data-driven targets and report on progress.
