Job summary

Attivo is seeking a detail-oriented Paraplanner to provide comprehensive administrative and technical support across pensions, investments and estate planning. You will prepare client meeting documentation, suitability reports, and applications with strict compliance.

Role is fixed-term for 12 months, with offices across Cheltenham, Cardiff, Fareham, Newbury, London, Liverpool, Darlington and Grangemouth. Hybrid working may be available depending on location.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII) required.
• At least 2 years’ Paraplanner experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pensions and investments.
• Strong understanding of compliance processes.
• Excellent report writing and written/verbal communication.
• Organisational, time management and caseload skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Professional, ethical and discreet.
• Ability to build and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Attention to detail with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client positions and align with planner advice to make recommendations.
• Complete suitability reports for the Financial Planner in a timely manner.
• Utilise paraplanner tools to evidence client objectives.
• Ensure CRM data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Submit new business applications with required documentation.
• Take ownership of cases and monitor progress to service standards.
