Job summary

Attivo is seeking a Paraplanner to provide administrative and technical support to our Financial Planners. You will prepare client meeting documents, suitability reports, applications, and ensure compliance while researching suitable solutions.

With at least two years in a paraplanning role, you will draft letters, manage data in CRM, and contribute to continuous professional development. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with hybrid and remote working options.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning with the CII.
• Minimum 2 years’ paraplanning experience.
• Strong knowledge of pensions and investments.
• Solid understanding of compliance processes.
• Excellent report writing and communication.
• Able to work independently and manage cases end-to-end.
• Experience in financial services with an Independent Financial Adviser.
• Proactive with research and analytical capabilities.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Analyse clients' financial positions and support advice delivery.
• Prepare suitability reports and documentation for planners.
• Complete and submit applications with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain CRM records with clear, up-to-date data.
• Coordinate case progression and provider submissions.
• Support client communications and respond to inquiries.
