Attivo is seeking a Paraplanner for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will provide administrative and technical support, drafting suitability letters, preparing client documents, and ensuring compliance throughout the process.

You will research and analyse financial solutions, support the Financial Planners, and maintain excellent records in our CRM. A Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and 2+ years’ experience are required, with strong pensions/investments knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII).
• Minimum 2 years’ Paraplanner experience.
• Solid knowledge of pensions and investments.
• Good understanding of compliance processes.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative.

Responsabilités

• Analyse client financial position and make recommendations aligned with advised plans.
• Prepare a full suitability report for the Financial Planner using supporting tools.
• Ensure client data and documents are accurate in the CRM system.
• Submit completed applications to providers with necessary documentation.
• Keep the Financial Planner updated on progress and resolve issues.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and regulatory knowledge.
