Job summary

Attivo Group Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Paraplanner to provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to our Financial Planning team. The role involves preparing client meeting documentation, suitability reports, and applications while ensuring compliance and accuracy across processes.

You will research appropriate financial solutions, draft suitability letters, and stay up to date with regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Two years of paraplanning experience or more.
• Strong knowledge of pensions and investments.
• Good understanding of compliance processes and issues.
• Excellent report writing and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain ongoing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client financial position and priorities, and make recommendations.
• Complete suitability reports for Financial Planner promptly.
• Gather data and research new plans; evidence client objectives.
• Ensure CRM data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Submit completed applications to providers with all documentation.
• Take ownership of cases and monitor progress to completion.
• Communicate progress with the Financial Planner and resolve issues.
