Job summary

Attivo Group is seeking a Paraplanner to provide comprehensive administrative and technical support. You will prepare client meeting documentation, suitability reports, and applications, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will research solutions to match client needs and assist with letters and filing. The role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months with offices across multiple UK locations, including Grangemouth, and offers flexible working options.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Paraplanner.
• Strong knowledge of pensions and investments.
• Good understanding of compliance processes.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage caseload and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client financial positions and align with adviser recommendations.
• Complete suitability reports for the Financial Planner in a timely manner.
• Ensure data accuracy and CRM record integrity.
• Submit completed applications with all required documents.
