Job summary

Attivo is recruiting a Paraplanner on a fixed-term 12-month contract. You will prepare client meeting documents, suitability reports, and applications, while researching solutions and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Offices are located nationwide including Liverpool, with flexible working arrangements. The role requires at least two years of paraplanning experience, a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII) required.
• Minimum 2 years’ Paraplanner experience.
• Knowledge of pensions, investments and estate planning.
• Strong compliance and regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage caseload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client financial positions and support Financial Planners with recommendations.
• Complete suitability reports with supporting tools to evidence objectives.
• Ensure data is accurate and up to date in the CRM system.
• Submit applications to providers with all required documents.
• Monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed throughout the case.
