Job summary

Attivo is seeking a Paraplanner to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will prepare client meeting materials, suitability reports and applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

You will research suitable investment solutions aligned with client goals. With at least two years in financial planning and a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, you will draft letters, maintain CRM records, and support Financial Planners.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning with the CII required.
• Minimum 2 years as a Paraplanner with pensions/investments knowledge.
• Strong regulatory/compliance understanding and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client financial positions and prepare suitability reports.
• Draft suitability letters and complete applications for advisers.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and timely case progression.
• Conduct research to match client needs with investment solutions.
• Ensure all regulatory obligations are discharged throughout engagements.
