Job summary

Attivo is seeking a Paraplanner to provide comprehensive administrative and technical support. You will prepare client meeting documentation, suitability reports, and applications, aligning solutions with client needs and regulatory requirements.

The role is a fixed-term 12-month contract with offices in Cheltenham, Cardiff, Fareham, Newbury, London, Liverpool, Darlington and Grangemouth. You will develop knowledge of pensions, investments, and estate planning, draft suitability letters, manage

Qualifications

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning with the CII.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Paraplanner.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pensions and investments.
• Good understanding of compliance processes.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Experience in financial services, working for an IFA.
• Ability to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client’s financial position and align with advisor guidance.
• Complete suitability reports for the Financial Planner.
• Ensure data accuracy in client records and CRM.
• Research new plans and evidence client objectives.
• Submit and track applications with providers.
• Monitor cases to meet service standards and client needs.
• Communicate progress with the Financial Planner and clients.
• Ensure regulatory obligations are discharged fully.
• Support responses to complaints or FCA processes.
• Maintain CPD and knowledge of pensions and investments.
