Tive is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive new business in the EMEA region. You will research good-fit companies, craft personalized messaging, and set introductory meetings for our sales team.

You'll manage a high-activity pipeline, perform cold calls, emails and social touches, and become a Tive subject-matter expert to articulate our solutions. Remote, hybrid, or office options are available.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of experience in a high-tech B2B marketing, inside sales, or sales development environment.
• Proven capabilities in lead management, account development and opportunity qualification.
• Professional proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uncover new business opportunities for the EMEA market by researching good-fit companies.
• Set introductory meetings with target accounts to generate interest and pipeline.
• Make cold calls and prospect to fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities.
• Generate qualified meetings for Account Executives and own your pipeline.
• Research key accounts to craft personalized account-based messaging via phone, email and social.
• Use Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and G‑Suite for outreach.
