Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting an Outbound Sales Advisor for a permanent, remote/hybrid role based in the UK. The position offers a basic salary up to £25,506 plus average bonus up to £7,000 per year, with a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday, shifts 9am–7pm.

You will contact customers nationwide, build rapport and drive sales targets from home or a hybrid office setup. You’ll receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching and clear career progression, with final responsibilities including handling

Qualifications

• 12+ months continuous experience in a target-driven sales role within the last 3 years
• Experience in direct-to-customer sales such as telesales or contact centre sales
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Resilient, driven attitude and motivation to achieve targets
