Manpower is seeking an Outbound Sales Advisor for a fully remote role in the UK. You will contact potential customers, understand their needs, and present suitable product packages while aiming to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

The position offers a £25,506 base salary with an average bonus up to £7,000 per year, plus remote/hybrid options, generous holiday entitlement, and wellbeing benefits. Candidates should have at least 12 months in a target-driven sales role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months continuous experience in a target-driven sales role within the last 3 years.
• Experience in direct-to-customer sales such as telesales, telemarketing, contact centre sales, or a similar high-volume sales environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Resilient, driven attitude and genuine motivation to achieve targets.
